Conclusion: people are never happy. Enforce the rules and people complain about cencorship. Don’t enforce the rules and you are catering to the trolls.
Personally I think that if you bother to make rules, you have to enforce them. Else it is a complete waste of time. You signed an agreement before playing the game, that was your warning.
