With a 2,3,4 a winner receives 44% of the total awarded points,
with a 1,2,3 a winner receives 50% of the total awarded points.

Basically OP is suggesting making a skirmish win less significant.

I had two Supply Line Missions available, one to escort 5 yaks the other 3 yaks. When I launched the mission the progress bar went to full (5/5 and 3/3 respectively). We did 5+ successful escorts and nothing changed. Both times the mission timed out and failed.
