Gods of the game, please, answer our prayers, and fix the search function!

According to description, 6th Superior Rune of the Grove should have 50% chance to root your target on hit (Cooldown 180s).

However, it’s very rarely work (I would say it has like 5% chance to root). With 50 % chance I expect it should root pretty fast (just a few hits) after attacking started, but it almost never roots.

I tested it many times by attacking different targets in PvE and WvW after a period of time (> 180s) of not attacking to make sure it is not on cooldown.

1) Unable to sell on the trading post.
2) For “items I’m selling” and “items I’m buying” I see “NO RESULTS”.

Deleted Local.dat file, restarted computer – didn’t help. Was working fine yesterday.
