the thing is he did not benefit at all by it, and when he realized his mistake he immediately stopped. We usually don’t make him read terms of service because he has a very hard time reading and understanding legal jargon. he knows generally what is right and wrong but he doesn’t know every rule by heart. He knows about gold selling and bots and treating people fairly and with respect, but he didn’t know about macros.

We are watching him carefully. A lot will depend on if he gets his account back. He see’s his account getting banned as an attack on him personally, and he avoids social situations usually, he hasn’t had to deal with an attack online yet and doesn’t know how to handle it.

What is the progress on the ticket (595432:Re: Request received: 595319:Account Terminated)? My brother has Severe Autism and Guild wars 2 is a huge part of his coping with life.
sorry for the duplicate ticket from replying to an existing ticket’s message received email, didn’t know it would create a new ticket.

He is pretty much in despair right now. We Really need an answer one way or another soon.
