Figured it out another option, though I’m not sure of what may be lost if you try this. I logged out to my character select screen then logged back in and I was above ground. I find the bug happens a lot when I use my Mesmer’s phase retreat, or when I’m knocked back by a mob. Sucks having to log out 10 times a session, but it saves money, in game and out.

In several places, on each map that I’ve explored, I get pushed through the terrain when a mob hits me. Once I’m under the terrain, I can’t get back up. The only thing I know to do is to use a way point to escape. The problem with this, unless there’s another solution, is that it’s costing me real money. I’ve converted gems purchased with real money, to silver, and every time I use a way point to escape one of these bugs, I get screwed out of some real cash.

Can I do something different to get out of these situations or is the way point escape my only option?
