Guild Wars 2

So this is like the 3rd time i have submitted this, and no one has responded. So i got a new motherboard last month and I installed it. And when I had presses the Play button on the client, the screen goes black and it crashes. If someone could respond, can you please do it quickly? Thanks

After i sign into the client and i press play. the screen goes black and crashes. Is anyone else having this problem and can anyone fix it?

Basically when I start up the game, the screen stays black and just crashes. I tried to send an error report to Arenanet and got no response so i turned to the forums. It might be the new motherboard i had installed this past weekend, as before i got my new motherboard the client worked just fine.
