Sorry, preview ate my reply somehow. Here goes again.

That gave me the clue I finally needed to fix the blank Trading Post/Gem Store.

If you are on WinXP SP3 go to Control panel/Add Remove Programs and Add/Remove Components on the left side of the screen.

Click it and scroll to near the bottom and find Update Root Certificates. If it’s unchecked..CHECK it and click Ok.

Load up the game and go to Gem Store/Trading post and wait (about 10 seconds for me). This FINALLY fixed the blank bug.

Again this is for WinXP SP3, if you have Vista or Win7 I can’t help you, but it’s something worth looking into if nothing else has worked

Cliff, you still haven’t provided an update as to items and funds not being returned after a cancelled sale/purchase orders. This has been reported by a lot of people now many of whom have waited upto days for the item/funds to appear.

Can we get a response please on the disappearing items and funds from removed sales. Also some peoples concerns around the duplicate fee’s etc.

The money from trading post is coming less.

I sold only one item for 35 silver and 40 copper but when I go to pick up item tab, the money for collection was 31 silver and 86 copper. This happened in the last 2 hrs on my account. Please check, I have left the money in the account too if you need to check.

Rodeo that just sounds like the fee’s. its 5% to list then 10% on sale.

Two issues!

Items that I had up for sale yesterday and clicked “Remove” on yesterday has still not come back. Are these gone forever or will I ever get them back? That’s one issue.

The second issue I’m having right now is that Orders I had for buying ores keep coming back automatically. I don’t want anymore ores. This is quite annoying as it costs money to place orders and I have to keep removing the buy orders like everytime I log in.

I too removed some orders yesterday and didnt receive the silver back, not quite sure what to do about it?

Not sure if it has been reported yet, probably it’s already known. Mostly for the my transactions page.

- Sorting doesn’t go well on the “My Transactions” list (Items I’m selling) for Qty and Price Per Unit.
- “Posted” on that same page doesn’t seem to update. It keeps saying “seconds ago”
- If you post more items than 1 page can fit, you expect to see a “next” and “previous” page button, it seems missing on the my transactions page. (as said on the previous post^^)
- “Items I’ve sold” seem to update, but not properly, can’t seem to figure out what’s going wrong here. Items i’ve sold last sometimes come after items I sold before that.
- Missing thumbnails of the items every now and then.

Thanks for the great work though with the TP!

Hi,. I’ve noticed the transaction history page is only one page long, i.e. it has not scroll bar so I cant see most of my buy/sells?

Is this a problem with my install or as intended?
