Guild Wars 2

I’ve sold some items and got only half of money for it… lost already a gold or so… and when i removed items that i was selling i did’nt get them they just… disappeared. Lost 2 rare dyes thanks to it… fix it please

I’ve pre-ordered Guild Wars 2 and got first serial code. Then I got a retail box version and final code and used it on wrong mail. Is possible to transfer that serial code to my original pre-order mail? Or if is just possible to delete that second account and use final code again. I can transfer that second account to my pre-order account, but i’ll lose my character and that’s something i don’t want. Already waiting 9 days for answer on my support ticket all i got was automated response.
