BLTC seems to have been in maintenance. Also you should check that your mailbox is not full.

Today, I tried to join a Ascalonian Catacombs Explore Mode group. While my character was in Lion’s Arch, I was unable to use the “join” or “invite” buttons as these returned an “unable to contact the login server” error.
On travelling to zone “Black Citadel” and “Plains of Ashford” I was getting the same effect.
Only after teleporting to the instance entrance and waiting around for a couple of minutes was it possible for me to accept the group invite.
I’ve had this before and would like to try to avoid it in future if possible. I find the frequent “black screen” outages to be annoying, but these usually only affect me. Being unable to issue/accept invitations is going to impact other gamers.
I considered activating a support account for this, but having to use a second user name/password combination for a game seemed to be asking a bit much.

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit version
Display: 1680 × 1050
All drivers are the most up-to-date. GPU driver is the current nVidia beta version.
ISP is BT Infinity.
