Guild Wars 2

I just got to level 80 and I’m curious about where I can get my gear.

I know I can obviously get gear from drops in the fractals, dungeons and what not, but I was wondering where else I can buy gear from?

I have had a look on Google but not sure how relevant the builds are to the state of the game as it is today, so was wondering if someone could post there current build.

Also this might sound stupid but for a conditionmancer build should I be working on stacking the condition damage stat?
