Guild Wars 2

I had windows vista, upgraded to windows 7 thinking that would work, since it works on my laptop and my dads laptop which both have windows 7. I don’t have any firewall, malware or antivirus program on. All my drivers are up to date and this is nearly a brand new desktop.

I tried turning UAC mode off, still didn’t make the game download. Tried running as administrator and it still doesn’t work. I tried renaming Gw2.tmp file to exe and running that, still goes to 0 KB. Nothing has worked, it still stays at 0 KB. Sometimes it skips the entire 10143 KB download thing and just flat out says 0 KB and doesn’t close itself.
I even tried copying and pasting the entire guild wars 2 game from my working laptop to a external hard drive and transferring that over to this and it still says 0 KB. I really need help, this is just killing me that I can’t play this game and I tried everything there is to it, I’m starting to think it isn’t my desktops fault and Gw2 for not updating their download setup on their site that fixes this.
