Mouse Targeting Randomly Not Working

So before anyone starts gripping on me about mouse targeting I do mainly use the hot key to target my enemies.

The issue is that at random times when I log onto a character, I will not be able to use my mouse to go over and target anything in my environment. I have logged off and back on and sometimes this will fix the problem for that particular character, but there are times when this issue will not be fixed. I am still able to pick-up items and move them around in my bags, but it is the items in the environment that I can not interact with. (ex: Targeting any other character in the game, whether it’s a NPC or player. Targeting Siege. Clicking to pick-up items or interact with vistas and other pts.) The ability to tab through all the enemies and players to get that one target I need is still available, but that can take FOREVER. Also siege items can not be targeted or used until I am right on them. This can be bad if I’m trying to attack a siege. I have submitted bug reports about this and hope it is being worked on.

Player to Player Trading Window NEEDED

The ability to send other players items in the game from anywhere in the game through the mail is a GREAT option in the game, but ANet really needs to add a window for when people want to trade items with each other and have the security of knowing what exactly is being traded to each other. WoW had a great system that opened up a window and all the items you wanted to trade to someone went on one side of the screen and all the items the other person was giving to you was on the other side of the screen. This way you could see exactly what was being traded to you and if any changes needed to be done. Finally, both people had to click that agree button so that the trade was done. If one person clicked agree and then other person changed something in their box then they would both have to agree again. This way if someone tried to change something that was being agreed on no one was looting and scooting to screw anyone over.

I have no problem with the players having to be right next to each other to be able to use this screen. I don’t think it should be able to be used like the mail system. It just kind of adds to the social experience if you are actually trading items and need to be by them. Up to this point I have been very lucky that the other person I have agreed to make a trade with has said they sent me an item when they really did not. So then I’m the only one sending something and they get away free.
