Guild Wars 2

So .. I’m a enggie ..
Been away from the game for quite awhile ..
Was never a hardcore gamer but played a bit from the beginning of the release ..
Got through the story and 100 exploration .. Ran throught the different dungeons and got my exotic gear ..
(Think I stopped playing arroung fractials was introduced)

So my question is this .. What is a allarround gear set to go for? (PvE wise)
Do you guys have different gear for all your builds?
What is a good build if you wanna be good and usefull in Dungeons but also in general PvE?
