I submitted my ticket on 3/28 and I haven’t received a reply yet. When I tried logging into the game for the first time since launch I was told that my account had been permanently terminated for assisting with gold or item sales. I looked at my account and there were a couple IP addresses from Taiwan and Japan that shouldn’t have been there, so I removed them and changed my password. I’d appreciate if my account could be restored, or at the very least reactivated. Thank you.
