Please help my friend, the ticket was applied on 1st of April but due to a mistake of the support there is still no solution.

Have your friend open a new ticket. In their last reply they sent us “I no longer need help” which closes the ticket.

The number of the ticket i wrote you is the active one.
She indeed had created another one, due to frustration about the whole situation and fearing that the support wouldn’t answer to her but after talking to her she closed the second one and followed up to her original one, still waiting for progress.
1466815 no longer opened.
1402127 this is the one she is communicating with the support still.
Latest reply was from GM Draghna.
Should she close the current one even though it’s active and make a new one?

Can we please at least get an update on what is going on with the Support not answering to us? Has there been a sudden influx of tickets or something?
Seriously, two months just to recover an account or to answer to someone, as people above me claim, sounds unreasonable to me.

I am writing again for my friend. It has been 21 days without any solution to her problem.
However, with a lucky guess, she recovered the access of her account from the scammer that changed the email and reverted everything back to normal. She is asking you to take an action because she is afraid that her account might get compromised again if you won’t help her in time. She is still blocked though from accessing the game and the forums.
Please, help.

Friend’s account was compromised more than a week ago and no solution is still given as things got complicated and the support resetted the password at the hacker’s email…

Thanks for the information. I thought the team would look into these topics so that’s why i made it.
All we can do is wait until they reply.
Let’s hope this is resolved as quickly as possible.
