What will it be? Im really new to the game, so I am not so sure. PvE

CPU: E6700 oc 15%= 3.1ghz with cooler
Motherboard: P5L-MX
GPU: GTX 460 SE
RAM: 4GB
HD: 100GB+

It does not lag in PvE (25~30fps best appearance)

but in WvW it lags so hard it’s unplayable 3~7 FPS with the lowest settings?

Help? I asked the game-debate.com dudes and they said it shouldn’t lag
