Guild Wars 2

I do not know if I can be of help because I do not understand much and in advance excuse my english . I have w10 – Nvidia 820m – 64bitclient and each loading screen freezed the computer . I clicked the right button on the link of GW2 , properties , compatibility , run the tool for a resolution compatibility issues . At the end of the test the problem would not show up and no longer appears .

Every time I login loading screen that shows the area in wich I am freezes, forcing me to restart the computer. This way meeting page of GW2 on the bar where is start and finally I can play. Now, each time zone change occurs again the same problem. Advice on how to resolve the situation? (Sorry for english)

I don t connect to gw2 since 4 months. Now i download all updating and start the game but when i click double time on the character to play it locks the loading screen of the area where he was the pg.
