Also having this problem, stupidly thinking the problems was my graphics card since I have 75+ fiberoptic broadband with BT but alas it didn’t change anything I mainly get the issues in instances and certain story lines both where there’s a large space / a lot of action / events are happening e.g battle of claw island
I added port forwarding on last night so I’m hopefully going to try tonight and I had the issue in orr I think it’s called with 4 other members and they had no issue?
Is your psu “power supply unit” able to cope with your graphics card? If the psu can’t manage the graphics card and any other USB connected devises it will auto shutdown
*Check the power requirements for graphics card then I found it easier to open the case to get the power supply on the psu if it just meets requirements then that might be your problem and if you got a few USB devices that will cause issues also

Ui freezing unable to cast Npc’s freeze servers “lag” but no issues on chat…
Hi in certain story missions and instances I’m getting issues where I can’t cast, the Npc’s basically freeze where they are if they are attacking something both mobs freeze. It’s like going through the motion in slow-mo takes 3 mins to do an attack which would normally take a second. normally I would call this “lag”? But when I’m raging in my guild channel I experience no lag what so ever then after say 7-8 mins I get disconnected
I’ve just replaced my graphics card thinking it was that to 660 series GeForce will drivers fully updated and wired +75mps Internet connection so I really shouldn’t have any lag what so ever
Also done a repair to GW2 to see if it corrected the issue which it didn’t
Anyone else having this issue?
Any ideas what it could be / how to stop this from happening?
