This is very annoying indeed! Happens all the time to me.

I can confirm that issue, Superrior Sigil of Accuracy adds no crit chance at all.

Using stealth or invisibility skills during combat makes engaged mobs reset, but does not end combat for character unless he moves large distance away from engaged targets so that they completely fade from view.
Sorry if this was reported already or intentional design.

I would try to disable SPI on router if such option is present.
