This has been an extremely frustrating process for my friend. He is just sitting on his hands waiting for something to happen with this ticket. It’s been five days since he filed the ticket and is still awaiting an update on the support. The last update on the ticket status was on Saturday 1/26.
Any news on what is happening, an ETA on the account getting fixed, etc. would make the whole process a lot less painful. Hoping someone can help him out.
