Thank you all for your feedback so far, great to hear different opinions!

I’m personally not lookin for high end speed runs and being meta. I just didn’t like the idea that people shunned Necro’s in LFG, but I’m looking into a new guild atm so hopefully I can find a casual accepting one

I think I’m gonna roll one and just enjoy playing rather than worry, but hope that HOT brings better horizons for the class!

I’m looking into making a Necro…I love the whole theme about them, their animations are awesome, minions are great (even though they’re broken?) and the game play looks quite fun.

The only issue I have is reading this forum…it disheartens me so much every time because of all the negative posts in regards to the class being unwanted due to not being meta and all of the problems revolving around the class, so I’m still yet to actually put the effort into making one.

Is the class really that bad? Is there hope for the future that it’ll be fixed etc and do you guys actually enjoy playing your Necro even with all this?

Hello! I’ve been away from GW2 for about a year now and have decided to start playing again in order to refresh myself ready for the new expansion.

I only have 1 level 80 but I’m currently starting to level up another. I’m looking for a small guild that is fairly mature 18+ preferably, friendly and also helpful incase I need to ask about what I’ve missed!

I seem to be on a US server, Sanctum of Rall, even though I’m from the EU so I guess it’ll have to be a US guild which I hope won’t cause too many issues with timezones etc.

Teamspeak or Vent would be nice as I’m looking to make some long term friends for good fun in game
