Day two of still being banned, without a reply from the support ticket. It would really be nice if someone can review my account and see how I have never botted or anything! I haven’t even gotten to level 80 yet, on the two characters that I have made. Its really making me upset that I spent $60 on this game, and thier is little to no support. There was little to no info at all from this company on anything that goes on I have noticed.

My account was banned for botting, I really hope Anet can look at my account and see I was not botting. I have used the ticket system before on Anet and didnt get a reply from the ticket for a different reason. I just hope this reason I sent in a ticket will get looked at because I was not botting or have ever used a bot.

Just got home, went to login. And it says my account is banned for botting? I have never used a bot or nor how too, would really like to know what is going on?! First game I have ever bought that i was banned. This mistake should be fixed.
