Same exact issue. And trying to kill the mods without the arrow cart… seems they get down to about 5% health, and will not die. Progress blocked.
Against the Corruption:
This quest is part of the level 80 My Story quest chain. The previous quests in this chain are level 80, and provide level 80 rewards. Why is this one level 70, and providing a level 70 reward?
