There are traits that improve symbols, which the hammer’s auto-attack creates. You can use a trait to increase symbol size and two other traits cause symbols to heal allies and give foes vulnerability respectively. Just a few thoughts.

I can attest to the awesome of this guild. We maaay have run to Orr with level 30 characters one night… There are also quite a few high level (and max level) crafters in the guild if that interests anyone.
