Sorry, this is still definitely happening. Luckily I haven’t been trying to buy gems for as long as some have, but it is still annoying that this error continues to happen. Especially after it has been ‘resolved’.
As someone who also works in customer service, I feel for you guys, but as a customer I really just want to scream “take my MONEY!”
