im having a very similar issue, wherein im unable to purchase gems, but the store says the transaction cannot be processed or some such.
I’m attempting to do the same thing, but it keeps saying “payment authorization failed”.
I triple checked, I have the money in my account. it appears to be a similar issue to the one that wasn’t letting me buy gems. Is there some reason that i shouldn’t be able to purchase the online addition with Paypal or credit?
Also having this issue, and i’m just standing around in Caledon Forest. This Computer is freaking brand new!
Edit: everyone else appears to get this problem only in largely populated areas, but i’m getting it everywhere with no provocation. turning my sound quality down doesn’t help.
I’ll be patient because I love this game,but please hurry guys :/ i wanna enjoy this computer.
