Yup same problem. I died during the fight with the scout so i teleported back to the entrance only to find forgul fighting the scout right there, when i killed the scout there was a talking scene between me and forgul. after that he went away and i thought the quest was over, but it said there was still an objective left, “investigate below the broken gate.” i’ve went back and killed everything and walked through the whole place 3 times over and it still will not finish. and in the story tab, it says that the objective just isn’t checkmarked, but the next one is, like it just skipped it or something.
