THANK YOU! Thank you, so very much. The repair worked like a charm. You have been more helpful than the officials who just stubbornly stick to the party line of “wait until the next story line level”. I hope that they read this, and realize that I actually had a problem.

So, what happened to you, Luke? Because I am in the same boat. Hitting level 30 didn’t resolve the problem.

Chapter 3 does NOT unlock at level 30 if you have this particular bug.

OK. Now I AM level 30. My quest log is still referencing the level 20 quest. There is no mail. This IS a bug. And now it is seriously hampering my game play, as my husband’s character has the level 30 quests and I have a level 20 quest that is unable to be completed.

OK, but my husband, who had the same quest line got it finished. Also, the green dot is overriding all other local events, waypoints, etc on my map.

I don’t think you understand. The quest will not end. I’m not trying to get the next part of the personal story. I’m trying to complete the part I’m on.

Seeing as /bug in game has gotten me nowhere in two days, I’ll try here.

I did the Personal Story quest “Liberation” with my husband. We completed the mission, exited, and my husband got the reward, and the cleared quest log. I got a updated quest log telling me that I received an important letter, and to read my mail. There is no mail. The map prompt directs me to the spot where the last quest had been (the quest instance is gone). There is nothing at that spot.

This is getting tiresome, as no matter where in the world I go, I get a green arrow pointing me back to a spot in the middle of nowhere.

Please, can someone fix this?
