like i said before, i never ever use third party program or these kind of things, so i really dont know what kind of evidence that you get show that I was using the third party program, if you really think you get the right result of analyzing my account, could you please tell me when, where, and what kind of action you think I was using the third party program to do? I really wrathful about your accusation?because i’m innocent. Thus, I hope you can review my case, and give me a true verdict. Otherwise, I will go legal process to protect my virtual assets, not just because i pay the box, but also for my time and enthusiasm for this game which i loved !!

Before my account is terminated, I was doing my personal story, exploring the map in Cursed Shore. During this time I finished some dynamic events in Cursed Shore, and also went to Wayfarer Foothills to explore map. Thus, all the things were finished by myself when I was in front of my computer. Therefore, I really can’t understand why my account is terminated due to botting, or macros or similar behavior.

When I was trying to login the game, I got the message which said that my account had been terminated due to botting, or similar behavior. However, I think there should be something wrong, I mean I have never had these kinds of behavior. I connect to the game from China, and I guess you should know that the network in China is bad. Therefore, when I was playing the game, I usually got lag. It may mislead other players, and let them think that my character is botting.
So, I wish you could help me to solve this account issue.
