Hello gw2 mates, I would like to ask something that has been bugging me for a while.

(I am not aware if the following items are transmutable)

Q: Will transmuting a precursor weapon affect it later on when attempting to craft the Legendary? (lets say it’s ‘appearance’ got transmuted)

Q: Will transmuting a legendary affect it’s base stats and no longer make them escalate according to weapon updates?

Hello GW mates, a friend of mine has recently obtained the well known coordination tool “Commander’s Compendium” and consumed it on one of her characters, however, she doesn’t seem to find where to toggle it on/off, and I can’t help her as I never got my hands on it. Google and forums don’t seem to posses any info on it.

Is there anyone able to explain how to toggle the commander mode?

bump, this problem persists.

This happens to me as well with Mad King’s Labyrinth, the map stagnates on the loading screen, and after a couple of minutes gives me an error following by a client reboot.

Apparently regards the lost of connection between the client and the server.

How can you run a timeattack based event when these maps lag you like hell, that’s my point, if they are going to call this a ‘master platform’ event, they may as well call it ‘master connection’

You get kicked in less than a second if you don’t take a jump forward, and a lot of people dont even get the chance to jump forward due to their connection.

This event is relatively possible for users under a specific amount of ping. I don’t have a good ping myself INSIDE Mad King’s maps, and whenever I get ported into the tower with 20 users watching cutscenes I get kicked out before I can move forward in the stairs.

If you could settle an extra time right in the start of the jumping puzzle I and high ping users would be extremely thankful. Believe me this, please consider.

Bug: NPC ‘Razen The Rider’ will not trigger the last step of the chain.
World: Yak’s Bend.

It’s been bugged for 7 hours now, everyone is unable to use The Citadel Of Flame nor the waypoint next to it.

It seems that it matters, it doesn’t apply to Yak’s Bend, just for the heads up.

Alright, I’ll try to be brief and accurate on this.

1 – I have purchased a serial code for a friend of mine, and proceeded to create a Guild Wars 2 account by request of the same.

2 – I introduced the Serial Code as requested on “Step One”, proceeded to “Step Two” and filled the registration form as well.

3- After completing “Step Two” and error window pops-up with the following message:

‘502 – Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.’

4- I logged to the registered account on www.guildwars2.com and got access to the Client download. Downloaded and executed the launcher.

5- When I attempted to log in into the account, I’ve got the following error message:

‘You are attempting to log in with an account that does not have Guild Wars 2 registered to it. Please register a Guild Wars 2 serial code to this account. For additional information, please visit http://support.guildwars2.com.’

I have already sent a ticket to the support team. I am aware of the massive amount of issues a large gaming company has to deal with every day, but please take a closer look into this and thanks in advance!

PS: I have purchased a second Serial Code for the same person, but I didn’t want to have to use it without knowing what’s the problem with the previous one.
