open on Tarnished Coast!

Just cleared on Tarnished Coast a few minutes ago.

This makes sense now, mods please close!

I had done 10, and did not know it precludes you from another chest from 10-19.

I just spent the last 2 hours forming a group for and completing Fractal of the Mists scale 12 for the first time. At the end, I did not receive a daily chest. There was no usual prompt at the bottom right corner of my screen, and I even waited around a bit after defeating Jade Maw and looting the boss chest.

I really only did this fractal for another chance at a ring, so is it possible for me to be mailed the contents of the chest I should have gotten?
