Yea…I have no problems with mobility on my Revenant…Phase Traversal out of range mobs for continious 1200 range teleports. No mobs in range? Use impossible odds for on demand movement speed until you see one. Toggle on and off liberally. Use either Jalis + hammer for swiftness, or Malyx and his little area jump ability. Actually one of the faster moving classes even pre herald.
