I am also struggling with this issue! I’ve had the game for about a year now and have only ever experienced problems in the past three days; not being able to reach the log-in servers, and this problem!
A fix for this problem would be massively appreciated! Thanks!
For about three days now I have been unable to access the game. I am either stopped at the client because it says I can’t reach the log-in servers, or I get to my character, then get an error message saying the game unexpectedly crashed and to send an error report, whilst the game loads the Gendarran Fields. Help would be massively appreciated. Thanks.
