Suggestion to stop the Spamfest from happening:
Only character in the Borderlands are able to post in the Worldchat.
Example:
Susan Ryneheart (Eternal Battlegrounds): keep is under attack need help asap wg!

Hello everybody, I’m Edelkirsche of the Server Fissure of Woe.

I experience matchups where we are winning, – matchups where we are both winning and losing, – and matchups where we are completely and hopelessly outnumbered we can’t even keep a single Tower and just wait for the next week.

With the introduction of the Megaserver everybody has already lost their connection to the Homeserver except for those still running active in WvW. (EOTM only cares for the color)

So my suggestion would be to turn the WvW into an area for the Megaserver too as there are no more “worlds” outside of WvW anyway.
We would lose the fancy “Im from Server X” but we would gain a healthier and active game in the end.

My Suggestion is indeed to turn the Game into a Guild versus Guild. Or perhaps an Alliance versus Alliance. There should be four to five different Matchups (AvBvC and DvEvF and GvHvI etc) for EU and NA mixed! (They would run parallel in assigning the alliance, but play at the same time on the same map)

Players can join either side by signing themselves up for WvW and they will be assigned into the matchup group their guild already is in.
- If the guild is a first-timer they will be autobalanced. (Depending on how many members are in the Guild / How big the Guild is)

Repeat every week!
There could be an option to assign “Rivals” so you never end up playing on the same side as that Guild, and “Friends”, so that two/three guilds do end up playing on the same side. They could be added by right clicking on a member or typing the name into a window.

What do you think? Please do not just say “no”, I want actual opinions just not hipster-i-dislike-this-reponses.

It’s exploitable. If i have for ex 3 characters each entered in one of the orders i can easily change inbetween them and debalance the fight.

Think about it, they can allow you to swap orders once !

And after that all characters on your account will belong to that one faction.

you’d need to delete all your characters and start fresh.

How would that happen then, in the Story of a new character.
“We see your ancestors already decided that you want to use the shield-device to rescue the kids from the risen. Thank you for joining our order.” ??

And you have to have played your Story that far which – for me – only my Guardian has done.

Fissure of Woe is in need of your help to make a stand for itself higher up in the ladder. For this purpose the Leaping Knights [JUMP] are recruiting.
We are always up for roaming WvW in 5+ Teams and join Zergs should they form.

The most fun I personally have is when we claim a Tower as ours and siege it up, build it’s walls, build it’s gate, hire outfitter and accompany the dolly on it’s long and slow way to our Tower.

We are a recently merged guild on the Fissure of Woe server, focusing ourselves on Fractals, Dungeons, World Bosses and WvW, so being on the Fissure of Woe server would be benefital.
We have english, dutch and german members and the guild language is english, both written and spoken, as we are on the FOW-TS3 Server.

I know, the last bracket of the bronze league might not be interesting for most, but right now Fissure of Woe is 200k points, nearly 100k ahead of Vabbi and around 160k ahead of Underworld.

We did form alliances between Guilds, started organized WvW runs and polished strategies for Defending. And I think we made a steady night time roster?

But I don’t believe for a second we suddenly jumped that much higher in skill.
I read on the forum something about losing to win – can anybody explain this to me in detail since I do that’s what Vabbi’s doing. (Why??)

Also a cookie for every UW reading this. Don’t lose hope.

Beware, Fissure of Woe is rallying it’s troops and organizing the WvW runs.
Don’t know if Vabbi is throwing this match to stay in the last bracket, or if we really succeeded in getting better organized.

I know nothing of NA guilds but the old FoW Guilds and recently made (like mine) are focusing themselves on WvW, and doing Com-Guilds Runs (with extras).

My Guild recently merged with one other and we had to make a new one. After a whole day of trying out new names and agreeing on one (hard!) we finally got it done.
