@CindyKa, I’ve been having the exact same problem. I was doing sandstorm every hour with guildmates, all of us running similar buffs (XP bonus, killstreak bonus, pumpkin cookie, pumpkin oil). I saw 0 bonus XP for kills, while those in my party did receive the bonus. At first I thought it was diminishing returns, but if that was the case, why were my party members, who also farmed the sandstorm every hour, not affected? It carries over to other maps in Tyria for me as well. I did the Grenth event today, after not playing in cursed shore for months, and again had no bonus on kills.
