As it said in the subject “Policy: Third-Party Programs”

The best way for a player to assess whether a specific third-party program could have any impact on another player or a PvP opponent is to ask:
• “Does this program allow someone to play faster, better, longer, or more accurately than someone who doesn’t use it?”
• “Does this program allow someone to ‘play’ when he/she is not at the computer?”
• “Does this program allow the user to gain undeserved rewards?”

I guess using VPN can help me due with the lagging problem, so I may play faster than someone don’t use it.

I really can’t tell, can someone answer this please?

I’ve been suspended since 10/19. I just start play this game like two days then I can’t log in anymore.

It’s said“Your Guild Wars 2 account has been suspended for an account issue. Please contact Support for information.” Error Code “45:6:3:2114”

I got a response said someone will be in contact,but I haven’t heard anything yet.
