Every profession can accomplish good damage, good support, or good control. How each profession does it is different. If you gear and trait a Necro the same way you gear and trait a Ranger without regard to the profession’s specific strengths and weaknesses you will not get the same results.
If you haven’t seen a Mesmer hold the line with warriors and guardians, they you haven’t seen melee mesmers, but they’re out there (I prefer to stay in melee range as long as I can with mine) and the work quite well. Eles can bunker along with several other professions. Some professions have a more intuitive method of doing a given thing, but that doesn’t mean that they can’t do other tings.
Then what Traits do you suggest ?
Personally what i hate about this game is the unfair advange of the proffesions for example: as me being a Necromancer and having the equal critical dmg /power /cond damage as a Ranger and im still doing less dps than him i mean he does at lease 3 times more damage , i tought that in this game there are no damage /tank / healer but some clases really fit them as gaining significally more advantages.I mean if there are no tanks woudn’t it be allowed for all people to have the option to select the prooper role they want not being forced to chose the best.Like i never seen an Mesmer holding mobs like a Warrior/Guardiang(maybe because they have block) oh and i know the Ranger does more dps as playing with it and seeing all those big numbers So… i wanted to ask what you guys think about it, btw the number actually mean something or they are just for nothing ??
