@ alesgar: Fair enough. Your joke looked like an excuse to me but I might be a little biased after having to wait 2 hours in a queue only to get Blobbed all over the place.
Still though, if you and everyone else care about not fighting blobs the remaining evenings in this week, take my remark to heart.
I can guarantee you, when I put my tag up, I’ll have at least 80% of the Borderlands following me around and we will be bashing 1 again until our heads hurt. And you know where that left us last time.
Showing poor sportsmanship like some BB standing on the wall laughing at us I can take but BB blobbing up again like they did this evening I will not take kindly to.

All this whining about blobs. We all do it every chance we get when it suits us.
How about instead of complaining about it all day, you get back inside your tower and build some more siege. It can’t be much but I’m sure if you really try, you’ll find room for one or two more AC.

So you have helped out small-guilds who simply couldn’t GAIN or BUY the influence. What makes you think these guild can then DO the guild missions as they currently stand? That’s the problem you are missing here.
Haven’t missed it. I’m fully aware of this perspective, however, we have always said that these guilds who are extremely limited in number will have to work together to attain these goals. That’s what this content is about. That’s WHAT these rewards are about.
I’m very curious about what your criteria is for “extremely limited in number”.
I would think there’d be many small guilds on one end and a few very big ones on the other end, on each server.
On a side note, 20 pure casual guilds still don’t stand a chance of completing the Bounty Hunt, as without proper research you’d need a lot of luck to a. be on the right map where your boss spawns, b. randomly run into the boss you’re looking for and c. run into a boss which requires little in the way of tactics to defeat. And of course, all that times 2, as you’d need to defeat 2 bosses.
I think you put the bar too high for what is and what isn’t casual.

So, we just tried our hand at our very first Guild bounty, armed with the little knowledge we had from the wiki page.
As a small to medium sized guild, needless to say we came up short because of a number of reasons.
There is far too little information on the wiki page.
The time period is far too short, especially when you’re not sure of what you need to do, specifically not knowing where to look and who or what to look for and even more so when you don’t have enough people to look with.
Everything indicates this has been designed with the same idea as world events but afaik relatively few guilds have the man power to successfully complete these Guild bounty hunts.

As already mentioned, even though we look forward to participating in this new content we are fearful of our player base. Being a small to medium sized guild we already had to sink 40 gold into influence in order to get started researching the Guild Bounty track.
Seeing as we need to upgrade our tree levels at least twice for each of the other branches, we’re looking at either sinking in much more money than we have or waiting a very long time for the rest of the content.
We fear that during this waiting period many of our current players will leave us in search of larger guilds who can easily afford the required influence points.
Smaller guilds will without a doubt have an even harder time coming up with the influence needed leading to a lot of them bleeding out.
It is our opinion that, as a direct result of this implementation, many guilds will be destroyed.
Having said that, I refuse to believe this has been done intentionally and as such look forward to a near future solution.

Pressing 4 or more keys is not the issue here, at least not in my case.
I run into this issue most often during Fractals when I’m running towards a particular item to pick up.
If I do not let go of my movement keys before I press “F”, my character will just keep on running, only stopping after I hit my movement keys again.
No casting/jumping/dodging is going on during this.
So, I can move forward+strafe+jump+dodge without issue, but I can’t move+strafe+"interact with item" without running into this issue.
