Please provide more details as much as possible such as video, screenshot, character name / Class, etc. To allow us to confirm the player get his punishment. We do not support hacking/exploit but we do need prove and evidence to take initiative action.
Also please do not blame 1 bad apple and claim JQ taking the lead in a none legitimate way, the whole server putting in their hard earn effort and spirit. It showing how kitten you are and just want to blame on hacking to avoid it?
Bad player complain a lot they got owned by a Mesmer , bad player complain/QQ-ing on da forum = Mesmer got nerf and change it. Simply because bad player think Mesmer are overpower they can’t kill a Mesmer.
I’m wondering the developer play a Mesmer class or they don’t? Do they know we are squishy and we can’t counter a thief when they literally got two shots us if we don’t pay attention. Please fix our phantasms and don’t changes our core ability because is just don’t acceptable. You don’t change what a class main core spell/ability when you have them on your class list. you can only tweak it. little adjust inside and outside but not changing what are been there and already there for long time. adding the portal colddown/ fixed the LOS attack by phantasm those are fine but seriously reducing damage/ delaying our casting will kill of what a Mesmer really are is doesn’t make sense and only making more and more Mesmer Upset.
I’m pressing only button 1 because I don’t know for what reason I cast iberserker and iwarlock ever since the delay and my enemy running away and they can’t do damage to them at all.
The issue regarding the regeneration trait being spotty is that Phantasms don’t apply it to themselves, but in an AoE around them (ignoring themselves). So if you have more than 1 Phantasm close to each other, they’ll apply it to each other (plus you and other nearby allies).
We need outcome, how long do you need to test it? the majority of mesmer’s here really not happy with the changes. CAN WE JUST HAVE THE PROBLEMS TO BE FIX WE DON’T WANT PLAY A BROKEN CLASS AND WE DON’T WANT TO ROLL OTHER CLASS EITHER. PLEASE DON’T GIVE US FALSE PROMISE.

Why only address the regeneration traits, the dev doesn’t talk about the delay of phantasms and the damage reductions, where is the fix we should get please reply to us we need your response definitely.
Please give me a serious and transparent reply, Don’t hide the fix and trying to “Pingpong” the situation here. I have been waiting the fix of iberserker damage for 3weeks already. And the only response we got are " we are looking into it" instead of " we are fixing it and we will come out a patch to fix that ".

I’m a GS/Staff Mesmer, Power build but after this patch what is going on with my berserker phantasm? I think We deserve a reply from the dev regarding the damage reduction. I can’t kill anything with Greatsword what’s the purpose I make a legendary for my greatsword now?
I’m fine with the LOS fixed and the portal cold down but damage reduction?. I couldnt accept this fix. what’s up with berserker phantasm damage and cold down we can’t even deal burst damage like the thief/warrior do, we can’t even escape like what the thief/warrior or elementalist can do. We not as “tankie” as necro nor warrior/guardian. bare in mind we are light armor class we only have spell /damage and trickery skills. The only thing we can do is outlast enemy with our patient to bring them down with our illusions. And Seriously nerf-ing our illusion is what kill the key point of a MESMER.
Please give us a reply on the unintended/expose FIX over our illusion Damage, I’m really upset with it.
