Guild Wars 2

I recently just changed my password and am re-downloading the game and cannot log into the client, only the website. It’s been more than 10 minutes with the new password and none of the older ones work. Any idea why?

I’m in the same boat. I’d really like to get it solved through Arena Net. If I dispute the charge on my credit card, how do I know that Arena Net won’t shut down any accounts linked to that credit card? The serial key is unused. I just want to be assured I won’t lose my main account if I dispute. Although I’ll probably do it today.
