Title pretty much says it all. I am mainly facing them in wvw in 1v1 situations and the passive regeneration is rather difficult to overcome. Is there a class that would specialize in defeating them?

I recently attempted the story line mission involving the dungeon “Ruined City of Arah”. During the “Take the fight to Zhaitan” portion of the mission, I placed banners on the airship. The banners visual model floated away. The benefits of the banner and their pickup locations remained unaffected. Thank you.
