Still not 80 yet but almost there. I see that a lot of players in LFG want people with high attack power and to rush through explorable dungeons for a quick finish. But are defense warriors ok at all in a casual explorable run or do people just want zerkers today?
I’m mainly a PVE player and i like to do dungeons sometimes. I know that warriors are meant to charge into battle and tackle whatever is thrown at them. But i want to be a survival warrior and at the moment I find toughness to be a difficult stat for me. Now some of you might think that I’m out of my mind in thinking this is a difficult stat to work with with since toughness reduces the direct dmg you take. But from what I’ve read enemies are more likely to attack you if you have a high toughness rating. I’m mainly the first to die because of this. Even when i back off to heal up they still go after me. Now keep in mind that I’m only lvl 56 and just came back to the game after 4 months. Any help would be appreciated.
Do you think the dungeons in this game a challenging enough or do you want them to be more tougher?
Was thinking about making a warrior and I’ve seen a lot of players who play charr as that class. Do they make good warriors?
I’m a lvl 53 guardian and still kind of a noob when it comes to dungeons. I use a greatsword and mace/shield but when it comes to range attackers i can’t really do much. My guild said that shield wasn’t good for dungeons and I’m not saying i don’t believe them but i wanted to ask others on the forums. So what should i use in place of mace/shield if it isn’t good?
