been hacked on 9/4 (#120904-008055) access “restored” on 9/9 but the account had been banned meanwhile. Had updated my ticket right away but no answer from support till now.

Got hacked on 9/4 and opened a ticket
120904-008055

On 9/9 I got my account back and immediatly changed e-mail and password.
But my problem isn’t solved due to my account being banned during the time i had no access on it. I would like to get it unbanned without waiting another 5 days.
