Is the API still down or is the problem local for me?

Is Anet doing anything about this??

I asked in a mail cause I see no response from a-net here. The response I get was to post it on the forum. So a-net, some response plz?!? Will we see wxp soon?

The soul bound WXP must be made account bound before the next wvw tournament. Anet made a promise in november that we soon would have account bound WXP.
I really like the tournaments and the extra content it gives to the wvw, but right now I am more or less forced to play my main char to be competitive in WVW because of the WXP points I have spent.
Anet will we have accound bound WXP at the tornament??

I dont know what soon is, but for me it feels like i want my WXP account bound now, I am more or less forced to play my main char to be competitive in WVW

Anyone else having this kind of issue?

I use

2x Rune of Svanir (+25 Toughness, +20% Frozen Duration)

2x Rune of the Ice (+25 Vitality, +20% Frozen Duration)

2x Rune of Sanctuary (+25 Vitality, +20% Frozen Duration)

And i get 0 % extra frosen time on my skills. If I eat some food with 20% frozen duration it works and my skill does last longer.

Chilblains and Spinal Shivers are my two most used spells and none of them get the benefits from my runes, but they did in the begining (a few mounths ago)

I have bought 6 runes from 3 diffrent sets. I want the 1-2 bonus to apply on me. My 2 bonus is supose to give % to freezing duration. They are all marked as if they work but if i remove every pice of armour I still have same freezing duration on my skills. The problem was not in the begining but for the last mounth it has been like this and its verry anoying and my trait setup is allmost useles. Plz let me know if there is supose to be like this or what kan I do to get my fun trait setup back?
