Same thing for me playing from Sweden on the EU server Desolation. Regular and very random lagspikes/disconnect. Me and girlfriend had to play another game instead since Guild Wars 2 is the only game lagging.
Are there actually staff reading these forums? It looks extremely deserted at the moment.
The last week of playing the game this phenomenon has occurred for both me and my mates. This is obliterating the fun of the game. Tried to run some solo arena this morning, just to be slapped in the face with 4 disconnects in 2 hours.
There’s no problem on my ISPs end, followed arenanets guide without any luck and haven’t experienced anything this bad before this.
Yes to both questions, although only 7 of them has been unique. Still doesn’t explain how I don’t get them while he does, we take all events together.

I have been present and active in about 9-10 portal closing events (Including killing of Scarlet) but I have only gained 4 closings on the progress so far. Is it bugged only for me or is it supposed to only give to some people? My brother have done all these with me and he’s got 7. If it’s a bug then I would like to be compensated for all the time and efforts I have been placing in these events.
