please unban my dad:
On Thursday I was farming the Karka in South Sun Cove with my Guardian. A Warrior and I formed a group to farm and as soon as I decided to stop, I bid farewell and as I went to sell my loot, I was disconnected and banned.
I opened a ticket immediately and after 2 hours, an agent told me I was banned for “illegal software”. I have asked for a review of my account and activities as I have never used any form of 3rd party software or macros or anything – I would never want to risk my account. Since the initial message stating the reason for the ban, I have received no additional responses.
I farmed SSC (and Orr) several times last week – usually with other people, including a guild member and several other people – read our chats discussing our drops (I had a very lucky day earlier in the week) and our gear, etc.
Please help me Gaile Gray, I am a player in good standing since GW1 Beta. Ask the Frog, he’ll vouch for me!

banned suddenly and the ticket reply was the same thing exactly
even playing in the same place and fighting the kraka for bloods
