Is it some kind of phishing? What should I do? I haven’t noticed any restriction on my account yet.

I have complited FoTM 8 lvl (3 zones with my ranger, then maw with my necro 47 lvl) 3 times in last week: 7 days ago, 2 days ago and today. My chest is not appear, but some of my party members recieved chest (not all party members).
I have noticed topic with similar problem 7 days ago: DC before daily chest and no reward. I have created new topic coz we had not any DC in party. Just daily chest is not appearing.
PS. another party members done runs without char switching
