Read the new post for upcoming months of GW2 which says that new armor skins will be added…this could be the moment we have been waiting for tribal armor lovers!

Yes! I want this armor back! I don’t like that this is PvP only. It’s one of the more unique armors.
I even made an ele so that I could have access to it, only to find out that it was only PvP. What’s worse is that it’s already difficult to get in PvP, but that outside the Mist area, you can’t even use it. Please bring it back.

It was there during beta, why not now?

I have no idea why it disapeared…I’m over here grinding in pvp just to get to rank 30..and its pretty slow got to rank 24 recently…to be honest I’m getting tried of pvping lol

It’s not really my thing, but I agree that it’s a shame that it’s not available in PVE for those who want it. I’m hoping they’re saving it for something later: a set for a new dungeon, perhaps?

Maybe…that is one thing I can think of that they might do with a future patch and a new dungeon

I actually like armor that reveals the skin, and I’m a girl :P. But there should also be more armor options for those who don’t.

I agree with you…it is a great idea to be able to switch weapons while out of combat. I get tired of opening my inventory constantly, and not to mention searching for the weapons in the cluttered space lol. By the time I find and want to equip my staff, someone already attacks me. I think something like this would be really useful!

I’d imagine any “removed” armor will eventually be added back into the game for content patches and the like. It’d be a waste to leave them unused, and adding them in would be an easy way to give “new” armor without actually needing to model new stuff.

Yes, that is true, and I would think that would be the case unless the armor is supposed to be only obtainable through PVP…I’m wondering why it was removed in the first place, it was obtainable in PVE during the BETA events. I think they would have added it in already since the game was released a few months ago…I really hope that Arena net will add this armor in with an upcoming patch

Is that the hylek armour set? i know you can get hylek crafting resources in Sparkfly Fen from a heart NPC which sell stuff for karma. They are used for 250 in crafting.

No this is the tribal armor, according to others you cannot get it in PVE anymore…in pVP if you go to the locker this armor set will be under the name “masquerade armor”. It is also not the Dry Bones or Shadow armor like some people say. Although they have a similar style, it is different from dry bone armor…

Clipping issues around the waist with “Winged” armor set aquired from tailoring/trading post. This is really bothering me, its kind of disturbing
The clipping issues are with the combination of berserker’s winged tunic, winged pants and winged gloves. Thanks!
