They sorted it out for me already, I changed all my passwords they did a re-roll for me. I did loose a few levels but that I much better than my money and gems. I am all good now, thank you though.
Also my debit card information is saved in the game, I m really worried how do I take that off while this is being dealt with?
The thing I am most worried about is I had 20 dollars worth of gems, I logged in today to find all my money, gems and anything worth selling was gone, I was at a bank I didn’t go to when I logged out last night.
Do ncsoft still do rollbacks on accounts that have been hacked? I have email authentication and I saw that someone from china and korea, and TX (I am from Australia) have somehow gotten through the email authentication, I have changed the password to my email. I just don’t understand how they got through any of it. I control v all my passwords, all my passwords are different, I barely download anything.
Is there anyway that this can be fixed? I have sent a support ticket, but I am on edge about losing everything.
