I would like an invite as well, please. I tried to pm someone last night for an invite, but it possibly got lost in chat while the Tequatl fight was going on?
This content needs a rework. Period. You should not have to abandon your current guild of friends, whom you have played with since GW, just so that you can be a nameless face in a huge guild to experience this. The Influence gain per event/dungeon is so minimal in relation to the influence cost to unlock these upgrades that it’s going to take months for some guilds unless they want to spend hard earned Gold on influence. By reading the posts here, once you abandon all the other upgrades in favour of unlocking the guild missions, you won’t be able to actually complete the content.
Just wanted to add my voice to the masses here. It really needs to be seen by ANET staff that there are a lot more unhappy people with how this content has been rolled out, than there are happy.

Renegade Bear Clan is a small guild, who’s main base played GW together. We are looking to add a few more quality people to our ranks who also enjoy mapping/exploring, gathering and dungeons. Our aim is to have an average of 10 ppl or so online during normal North American waking hours, so that we can form a party for these activities with ease. At this point we have only 3-4 online at a time, on weekends and less during the week depending on the time of day. We prefer mature players as we are all 20+, many of us in our 30s. At this point approx 90% of our members are Canadian.
We also do a bit of WvW and PvP but they are not our main focus. We use skype and sometimes TS3 for voice chat. We have a small forum for out of game communication and event coordination. If you are interested in getting some more information respond here or send mail in game to me.
1)graphics (1-bad…10-amazing) – 7 The Graphics are good, but it’s very hard on even a decent card with everything that is going on. I would rather have it run smoother than have sparkly stuff flying everywhere
2)sound(1-bad…10-amazing) – 7
3)story concept/originality (1-boring…10-captivating) – 5 I didn’t get to play much because everything was bugged when I had time to play and gone when the bugs were worked out and I could get back in game.
4)loot/reward (1-lost all my money…10-gained amazing items) – 8 Chest was good, but would have been nice to get a bit better reward at the end of each section of the finale. Those were some long bloody fights.
5)stability (1-extremly buggy…10-no bugs) – 1 – I don’t think this score needs any explanation…
6)network connection/speed (1-laggy,disconnections, 10 – perfect connection) – 1- bad lag during the finale
7)mini events length (1-to long/short…10-just right) – [n/a] didn’t get to actually play them
8)overall event length (1-to long/short…10-just right) – 3 would have been nice to have a bit longer time frame to complete the precursor events
9)overall Satisfaction (1-worst experience ever,10-best experience ever) – 4 meh, the finale got pretty boring after hour 2 of fighting the same things.
I would really love to see a change in the way AoE skills target. I don’t like to use my mouse all the time, and have stayed away from playing professions where a lot of ground targetting is used. I do like the idea that you can choose where to cast but I would love to see it snap to your target and then give you the chance to move if you want to. The fastcast ground target sucks because it’s based on where your mouse is, rather than casting at your currents target.
Magic find shows up as a +% on armour, weapons, and accessories but on food the description shows a static number. Does the amount given by food cap and/or override what you have applied to your gear?
